The Life & Times of Tim is an animated comedy that tells the story of Tim Dildarian, an average cubicle monkey in his mid 20s that works for the generic company "Omnicorp" in New York. Throughout the series, Tim constantly finds himself in increasingly awkward situations in both his work and personal life。女記者布莉特發現自己醒來時身邊躺著已經身亡的警探傑，當場成為嫌疑犯。五年前，傑的畢生好友雷利同樣也在醒來後發現身邊多了一具屍體。雷利得知布莉特的遭遇後，發現兩個事件看來有不少相似之處，而布莉特或許能幫自己洗清罪嫌。於是兩人聯手抽絲剝繭，發現一椿不為人知的危險政治陰謀..........。
