故事讲述罗家英饰演的富豪华侨，携巨资归国回报家乡，一路上，这位神通广大老好人展现出他千变万化的招数，与涓子饰演的记者，还有郭金杰饰演的工程公司老板，上演各种爆笑桥段。资金大事尚未落定前，突如其来的变数又打乱了工程公司老板的所有算盘，各路牛鬼蛇神的加入，混乱场面里又生出不少笑话。而最终的故事将怎样发展，事情还是未知之数。。本片是关于老年合唱团"Young@Heart"的纪录片，"Young@Heart" 成立于1982年，成员多是年过半百的老人，其早期成员大多经历过战争创伤，二十多年来，这群老人从来没有停歇过，创作了大量的舞台剧和音乐剧，并翻唱了多乐队的歌曲，包括Jimi Hendrix，Coldplay和Sonic Youth等，他们的精神正在感动越来越多的人……。Alleged is a romantic drama based on events occurring behind the scenes and outside the courtroom of the famous Scopes "Monkey Trial" of 1925.
