青青草原即将转型高科技城市，在阳光明媚的一天，喜羊羊（祖晴配音）、美羊羊（邓玉婷配音）、懒羊羊（梁颖配音）等小伙伴们准备挖个洞埋进时间胶囊作为纪念，这么有意义的事情，连他们的死对头灰太狼（张琳配音）也积极参与进来。突然，巨大的爆炸声破坏了祥和的气氛，巨大的陨石坑出现在草原中央。在坑的中心位置，有一个黑色十字状的石头。这个小意外并未太多打扰小伙伴们，黄昏降临，大家来到广场，共同合影留念并等候烟花表演。和灰太狼追逐打闹时，喜羊羊他们意外发现全身机械、并且拿着那块奇怪石头的神秘人剔博士。 而这次遭遇，也将小伙伴们带到15年后的青青草原，展开全新的冒险……。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success. But the experiment goes wrong, and the man transforms into monster: half-shark & half-human. But the scientist knows how to use this to his advantage...。
