宇宙中，来自半人马座比邻星β的哈哈正在追捕危险宇宙的逃犯哈小龙，并经过地球。而同时，公孙兰、杨燕和诸葛聪明正在空旷地带做他们的“外星人交流”试验，不慎实验失败，一道闪电划破长空，击中哈哈和哈小龙的飞船，哈哈的整个飞船掉下来，砸在公孙兰的头上，产生了一系列的反应。而哈哈也拥有了“移情换形”的能力——只要周围的人拥有强烈的情绪反应，开心、愤怒、悲痛等，哈哈就能够将这些反应以巨大化、着火、闪电、液化等形式外化出来，只有将这些情绪平复，才能复原，并因此不断发生各种尴尬、疯狂、而奇妙的故事。。One of our greatest contemporary filmmakers, Filipino director Lav Diaz, meets a Cuban cab driver, Gustavo Flecha.
