金阳原本是一个普通少年，有不少小毛病，但他有十分积极的心态、助人为乐的品格和不怕困难的勇气。一个偶然的机会，他参加了武当山太极学院夏令营，认识了年纪相仿的朱焰、蓝岳等人。校长静虚发给孩子们一些神奇的校徽，据说它与太极能量——元力息息相关。不料，此事被武当的千年对手影山得知。影山尊者发誓夺下武当山，派出手下不断刺探消息，骚扰攻击太极学院。金阳、蓝岳、朱焰等七位少年运用所学的知识，修炼的能量和“千年水滴”赋予的元力，与影山斗智斗勇，大家共同成长，逐步激发了内在的天赋，成为七彩“虹少年”。最终，他们和老师以及校长齐心合力，开启了真虹灵柱的能量，战胜了来犯的影山。。Jess and Andrea are hiking in the Scottish Highlands.
