Second film by the Romanian director Marian Crisan, who won the Special Jury Prize and Youth Jury Award at the Locarno Festival with his previous film, Morgen.。扬扬的爸爸因公牺牲，为了瞒住患有心脏病的扬扬，扬扬的妈妈没有告诉他这个消息。一次偶然，扬扬得知了爸爸已经去世，他埋怨妈妈骗他，后来在多方开导下扬扬终于明白了妈妈的良苦用心。。纪录片《岁月》着重从脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴、反腐倡廉、文化自觉自信、产业转型、环境保护与治理、自主创新、生活交通、社区民生这八个近十年变化显著、老百姓感受最深的层面讲述故事，通过普通人生活来反映伟大时代的历史进程。同时每集片尾将以大电影的形式展现同一层面下，中国各地、各行业十年间的变化。。
