Two brothers Carmelo and Gino (Girgenti and Webber) are raised by their mob boss grandfather Salvatore Gianni (Williams). How will the truth unfold?。本片以轻喜剧的形式再现了在新型农村社区建设中，老汉贾大顺不拆迁老屋这件事，引发了渔湾村村支部和村委会成员、大学生村官、自主创业复转军人与村里的“老顽固”们智斗的过程，通过新型管理模式，化解了人们之间的矛盾，最终村里拆迁了老屋，老汉“上楼”过上了安居乐业的小康生活……。一场不明原因的大火将义乌商贸城烧得只剩下七零八落的骨架，由于死伤多人加上经济损失严重，原县安监局长被撤职，乔伟光受命担任新一任河林县安监局长负责调查事件所引起的一些列问题引起的一系列故事。。
