The audience will be taken from hidden valleys to unknown p...。舞台是象征理性的「青之世界」，然而正在遭受由本能支配的「红之世界」的生命体NightflyO’Note的袭击与侵略。17岁的主人公麻黄Akira就职为青之世界研究员，随后因为能力出众而被提拔为最前线的战斗指挥官，受命负责横跨石垣岛和西表岛而构成的对位相外防卫机关，通称「琉球LAG」。在那里她遇见了在第五战斗单元经过激战而全军覆灭之后，于四年前成立的第六战斗单元「IS」的学生们。主人公作为教官，率领着又称「Scared Rider Xechs」的6名骑手（Rider），共同浴血奋战，应对来自异世界的攻击和威胁。在这样的生活中，他们的友情也在逐渐加深。。
