在奈河的彼岸，是终年黑夜的地界，地界通过鬼差维持着三界生死平衡……而专程前往人间收灵的鬼差就是黑白无双。黑白无双吊车尾组合——小黑小白，在经历了百鬼封印事件后，两人关系若即若离，小白的身世也渐渐浮出水面……。小悟空和小林在龟仙人的指导下展开常人无法想象的艰苦训练，他们也得到回报，武功突飞猛进。为了验证本领，龟仙人决定带他们前往米饭帝国参加武术大会。米饭帝国是一个强大的国度，皇上饺子天真无邪，却受到邪恶的鹤仙人及其弟弟桃白白控制。为实现野心，鹤仙人绑架皇帝的爱妻，谎称可以呼唤神龙来实现愿望，实则为乐实现自己的野心。米饭帝国倾一国之力四处寻找龙珠，致使民不聊生。另一方面，布尔玛等人寻找龙珠过程中遭到米饭帝国军队袭击。各方势力为了龙珠而汇集到米饭帝国的首都，正邪大战在所难免…… 本片为《七龙珠》剧场版第三部。。A group of students who are participating in a university's summer science camp are drawn into an incredible quagmire of conflicts, ranging from the relatively simple conflict between an engaging and forthright young teacher and his older manipulative colleague, to a contest pitting political correctness against free scientific inquiry.
