Should they leave the safe station, risk thei...。周小龙与父亲周飞鸿生活在大澳，与师妹毛毛是一对单纯的欢喜冤家。某天，小龙的师叔毛仁到大澳躲债，飞鸿托阿仁把儿子小龙带到香港发展，阿仁意外发现了小龙高超的台球技术，便决定利用小龙进行赌博。黑帮龙哥看中了周家大澳的田地，便要求阿仁以地皮为赌注。小龙面对世界级高手，压力巨大因此输掉了比赛。毛毛为了鼓励小龙，把自家的田地也作为赌注，决定要再次把自己的土地赢回来，但压力仍然困扰着小龙，比赛一度落后……。这是一部描写外星人飞碟攻击地球的电影· 此片的特殊摄影与动画效果是由Stop-Motion大师Ray Harryhausen担任， 他设计的飞碟与外星人造型相当完美， 增加了许多可看性。本片虽是1956年推出的老片，但其中的情节及特效却对日后的科幻电影影响甚深，如果你曾看过蒂姆·波顿的搞笑科幻电影《火星人玩转地球》，就会发现片中飞碟的造型就是模仿自本片。。
