最终版的纪录片《致真理》分为两个部分，第一部分为黄素雅导演执导的短片《4：Clean Island》—当初雪莉原本会拍摄来自五位导演的短片作品，她却在第二部的拍摄期间离世，因此这部《4：Clean Island》成了最初筹备的五部短片作品中唯一的完成品；第二部分名为《致真理》，是一部以雪莉的深度专访展开的纪录片。观众将时隔四年，听到25岁的雪莉在最后的日子里坦诚分享内心感受。纪录片名亦是取自雪莉的本名「崔真理」——而她内心最迫切希望的，正是大众尊重并喜欢她真实的样子。。Själö means island of souls, and no name could be more fitting for the island in the Baltic Sea, which for centuries was a last stop for women who were considered social outcasts and who are forgotten today.
